EPROHCIL, the Lenca looms project led by Sotero Dominguez in El Cacao, Intibucá continues to operate despite the difficulties that COVID-19 has brought to our country. We admire the dedication and effort of all the people who work in the workshop.
In collaboration with Food for the Poor, 300 pounds of yarn were donated for the workshop´s production as well as a bag of food for each family that works there. We were also able to provide them with face masks so they can stay safe. These masks were made in the sewing workshops of our CEPUDO communities.
