We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the Construction of a Health Center in
Sector Medina, Puerto Cortes.
Thanks to the Construction of this Clinic, the inhabitants of the Sector Medina and 17 neighboring
Communities now benefit from better care, a waiting room in optimal conditions, greater privacy
in their consultations and better distribution of spaces in medical services.
Currently the Clinic has a fairly large medical team that cares for approximately 100 people daily,
two doctors each see 30 patients per day, but many inhabitants go to the vaccination, family
planning and pharmacy services.
We are also pleased to inform you that on our last visit to this health center we delivered a
gynecological examination table and medications.
Each of our clinics has:
• Two examination rooms
• General consultation area
• Patient waiting room
• Pharmacy
• Reception and filing room
• Store
• Gender-specific restrooms for patients
• Two bathrooms for doctors and clinic staff.
