As part of the fundamental process in the development of women in the face of the need to fight for equality of power between genders, we have started the psychosocial process of empowerment of women in the community of San Antonio, M\u00e1rcala, La Paz, carried out in our Vocational Technical School, where a good group of women participated who decided to increase their participation and decision-making in their community.
